EPO is a Peer Community In (PCI)-friendly journal (Category 1), accepting manuscripts recommended within the PCI system without further peer review, given the contribution falls within the topical scope of EPO. In order to submit a PCI-recommended manuscript for publication, follow the general EPO submission instructions on this site and provide the link to the PCI recommendation in the cover letter.
